Military REBOOT at The Mighty 30

THE MIGHTY 30 offers Military REBOOT in Frederick, Maryland, as part of our mission to provide spiritual care, trauma-informed support, and community to veterans and their families. Military REBOOT is offered at no cost to veterans and is a 12-week, faith-based course designed to help veterans, active-duty service members, and their families address the spiritual and emotional effects of trauma in a supportive community.

• Trauma Focus: Especially helpful for those dealing with post-traumatic stress, moral injury, depression, and anxiety.
